I recently went to Nashville to look for an apartment for my sister. The property is beautiful . The location is perfect. 2700 was the right choice. Tyler showed my mom and me around and was very nice and informative.
There is literally nothing that doesn't impress me about 2700 Charlotte Ave! The leasing staff was by far the most professional, knowledgable, and friendly out of everywhere we toured, the building is uniquely designed and clean, the location is prime for me, promotional deals are legit/pricing is reasonable, not to mention the units are absolutely GORGEOUS. 😍 Special shoutout to Shannon for being a rockstar and hooking me up with the most perfect unit! Can't wait to move in and call 2700 Charlotte Ave home!!
My wife and I run a dog care service, Meg's Mutts Dog Walkers, so we go to a lot of different apartment complexes in Nashville to provide dog care for our clients. 2700 Charlotte Ave Apartments is always clean, and the staff is very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend anyone relocating to Nashville or looking for a new home to check it out. 5 stars!

Beautiful apartment with lovely swimming pool and other common areas. I love the brunch every other Saturday. My only complaint would be the 12 foot ceilings. I can't reach most of the shelves without a step stool.
I really wish they had a fenced in dog park :( my pup needs to run!
