It's pretty noisy.... (Verified Renter) It's pretty noisy. I hear my neighbors a lot, as well as people out in the hallways and outside noise. It doesn't feel like the windows or doors are sealed well, and the walls are thin.

Only negative was... (Verified Renter) Only negative was the level of noise from being right by the traffic light on 28th. But that's obviously not the apartment community's fault; just less than ideal placement/circumstances.
Expensive, doors from... (Verified Renter) Expensive, doors from garage to hallways are opened and not at all secure, back part of property/dog park is scary at night.
The ceiling is... (Verified Renter) The ceiling is weak and every time the person above me moves it sounds like they're coming through my ceiling. This doesn't happen in any other apartment I've been in in 2700 Charlotte.
