I was lucky enough to live at 2909 Oliver this past summer while working as an intern and it was fantastic. The rooms are very spacious and well kept and the furniture is fantastic! I loved working out at the gym or laying out by the pool. The club house is so nice too and they even have food events there sometimes. A great location, with plenty of parking, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
