Literally this place is a health hazard. My neighbors leave their trash out and the other two neighbors let their dogs pee and poop on the cement and no one does anything.
I agree with mgmt being rude unprofessional and hateful . went to ask for their boss's number and of course they won't give it. so ya... lol silly rabbit . think i didn't get.
Jasmine and Kory are the people saving this place, but it's hard when all the tenants and neighbors smash bottles all where we walk and park our cars. Two mornings in a row we had broken bottles from our front door all the way to the front of the breezeway. I had to sweep that just so that I could take our dogs out before I went to work. Always broken glass in parking lot, my wife and I had to replace/fix at least 5 tires. Had 8 break ins in 2 months plus a car stolen from right out front, luckily none of that happened t... read more
I was very disappointed in the "policy" of rent per.heartbeat and not being told this before the staff happily took my application fee rude unhelpful staff
They are unprofessional ,sarcastic, rude, liars, and any other word in between, don't know they job, don't do they job, the only thing that halfway is good and keep people here is maintenance Corey and why I say halfway because the front don't do what they suppose to and but the request in so they can do it.. if I could I wouldn't even give one star
