Complete disaster of a company! I highly don’t recommend. They are very dishonest company and train their movers on how to respond when they break items. They broke our 70 inch TV because one of their movers hurt their shoulder and knocked his elbow into it. They claim it was poked by a pencil. We were given a $100 credit for a $1,000 plus TV. I expected more from a “reputable” company but that is my fault when dealing with a moving company. They are all crooks!

The people they working g fir them are thieves, they stole my diamond cross necklace they stole my rope chain and they stole my son’s rope chain, FTP

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE—I emailed twice (12/30) and (1/2) regarding damaged furniture and items left on the two moving trucks. The movers wouldn’t let me see onto the trucks and had me sign the contract on their phone in my house as they crowded around me without masks on despite my request they wear masks in my house. I also had specific complaints (unpackers needing constant supervision) and have yet to hear back—no call back, no email back, absolutely no response. Booked and confirmed over a month in advance. On our scheduled move date they kept pushing our time back. Called the Houston office and they GUARANTEED our movers would be there. Around 1 the movers called and said they were out of plastic??? (Another excuse). At 4:45pm on our GUARANTEED move date after hours of being delayed the movers actually called and said that his guys were tired so they are canceling. You guys suck and ur company sucks you guys should hire ppl that actually looks at the rode when they drive idk which one of your drivers who lives at 8520 pitner rd idk what apartment but they like to drive and look at there Phone while still being inside the apartment if I didn't call my kids she would have gotten runed over by ur driver she was all ready half way to the other side and here comes ur driver in full speed looking at there Phone if ur going to let ppl drive ur company car make sure they don't give u a bad n... read more

My formal dining room chair arms were scratched. I saw why when they unloaded them. The chairs were stacked on top of each other with no blanket or wrap. Plus, one or two of my daughter’s Disney collection pin necklace was missing from her dresser. The movers new it was there because I asked them to leave them in the drawer. After they unloaded, I looked in her dresser and there was only one necklace. Your movers took my little girl’s first necklace with 14 Disney pins on it. 3 Men Movers promised their movers would pack up our stuff in our moving vehicles with adequate packaging, bubble wrap, blankets, and other necessary protection to ensure our good arrive in good condition. But, during the pack, the movers actually refused to use any protective packaging after being asked at least 6 times to do so. We believe this was done to save money and increase the profit margin on the move. Unfortunately, as subject matter experts they offer no clear communication on their processes leaving you facing challenges, they are no better than any other moving company to lift loose items, they are just wrapped in a shiny overpriced wrapper. If you use them, be sure to interrogate their services properly, they decided to take the longest possible commute route on the trip charging an additional 1.5 hours while keeping me waiting for nearly 1 hour.
