They did not take care of boxes labeled fragile and several glassware items were damaged from a box placed at the bottom of a heavy stack of boxes. They damaged one of my televisions, which really upsets me because the sales person on the phone ASSURED me that there was no reason to purchase additional insurance and that all my tvs would be completely safe. I had a move scheduled and they didn't show. They told me at 8pm the day of the move that they couldn't make it. We waited all afternoon and night for them to cancel on us, leaving us stuck moving at midnight by ourselves.
