I have used 3 men movers 4 times over the last 20 years. They have always done an excellent job. I have had very little issue with any damage to moved items. The staff have been very friendly, hard working and competent. The price for the work they have done is very reasonable from my past experience.
We loved 3 Men Movers company. From our initial call for pricing and information to the actual move went like clockwork. The phone staff was friendly and helpful. When the move date came Brad arrived with his two helpers and moved our belongings from the storage to our new house in Round Rock. They were courteous and careful in handling all our items. They were quick and careful not to damage anything. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional team.
I scheduled my move for 7am this morning. No one showed up and I started calling the company at 7:26am to find out what was going on. No one answered. Finally I got a call back after 8:20am. I was told that they didn’t know what was going on as they were unable to reach the crew. I was told I would be called back. No one called me back. WARRANTY IS A JOKE! We used 3 Man Movers to transition from Houston to the Dallas area. The crew that showed up was on time and very polite. The guys did a great job and worked extremely hard to get us moved in one day. Towards the end as they assembled our dinning room table they over torqued the screws and punched 5 holes in the table top. We weren't worried about it because there is a WARRANTY. HORRIBLE, TOTAL GARBAGE. NOT WORTH $189.00 AN HOUR. I was moving apt to apt, and part of the furniture I had them move was my custom special orderleather sofa and love seat. The move was going ok, but after a day or so I noticed my sofa and love seat was scuffed, really bad, on the corners. So, I called 3 men movers and filled out the paper work for the claim. Worst moving company ever. They showed up at 7:30am on a Sunday, took a look around and then left. I had some loose items that I was boxing up, but instead of explaining why (they did not speak English) they just bailed. Then didn’t refund my money I had given them already, the woman I spoke with said they had told me they don’t do refunds, but they never did. Do not hire them. Terrible… absolutely Terrible.

Complete disaster of a company! I highly don’t recommend. They are very dishonest company and train their movers on how to respond when they break items. They broke our 70 inch TV because one of their movers hurt their shoulder and knocked his elbow into it. They claim it was poked by a pencil. We were given a $100 credit for a $1,000 plus TV. I expected more but that is my fault when dealing wit a moving company. They are all crooks!

3 Men Movers loss my Great Grand Mothers Bible and other precious Items when the movers left her stuff on a elevator and walked away. Someone got into the elevator and took the elevator to another floor and took her stuff. 3 Men Mover’s told my Mother her stuff was not worth anything here’s 50$ peasant take it or leave it.
I had hired 3 Men Movers to be here at 7 am this morning to help me move. I scheduled this weeks ago and received confirmation yesterday. I even spoke with someone to go over all the details. At 7:15, I got a call that they’d be here around 8-8:30 because of trouble with the truck. Fine, I get it. Then at around 8, I got another call saying they were still having issues and there as no ETA. In the end, no one showed us. DO NOT USE 3 MEN MOVERS to help you.
