Nothing done right about my flooring installation. Worst experience ever. Embarrassed to even have guests come into my home. Wish I could upload pictures to show the horrific job.

We were overcharged over $900 by the installer when he went to collect our final payment and 50floor refuses to return my calls to make it right. DO NOT USE THEM.

I am so unhappy with 50 Floor! They installed my white oak hardwood floors and were supposed to finished the process with a sealant that did not alter the color and was not shiny. After the installers were gone and the floors dried, the floor color turned to a yellow/orange color and were shiny. After many conversations they offered to split the cost of having my floors sanded. When I agreed, they have never returned my numerous calls. We had carpet and hard flooring put in. They did a lot of damage to the walls. Left trash in our kitchen sink, behind the refrigerator, under our stove and on our front porch and yard.. Used our kitchen towels to wipe up water and grease. Did not install the quarter round properly, and the nails for the trim between the carpet and hard floors, at sticking up - not flush with the trim. Have cut our feet on the nails a couple of times. Salesman put in the wrong carpet color for me. This delayed me getting my order! I wanted the carpet put in before my daughter's College Graduation Party. Because of this error, it was not done on time. My guest arrived to both sets of my steps of wood! I was very embarrassed! It took me calling more than several times to get this matter rectified. And for 50 Floor to reorder the correct material.

Installers were in a pretty big hurry to get away. Could have done a better job moving heavy furniture back in place. Overall did a good job on carpet installation and cleanup.

The floors are great. Once the crew left and I started putting my things back I realized how much they did not clean, they scratched both of my bed frames up and moved things they were not supposed to touch.
