Our sales rep Steve and his trainee Mark were both great! They were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select the best products to accommodate our needs and wants! Our salesman, Brent was friendly and direct. We appreciate that he didn't play the game that most salespeople do. We were shown a selection of flooring, and he explained the differences in the thickness. We were pleasantly surprised with the cost. He went over financing options. He made the process comfortable. We're confident in our decision to use 50Floor for our flooring needs.

From the salesman to the installers, I cannot give enough praise! Wonderful company! They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! I had to choose a substitute due to production problems with my original selection, and the salesperson was so extremely helpful in assisting with this! They assigned a fantastic crew of two for a really tough job!We are extremely pleased with the product and installation. I highly recommend this company!

The people who put the floor in were early very hardworking and did a wonderful job. They were 3 planks short but they quickly put them on order and finished the job. They look beautiful I couldn’t be happier..

50 floor’s workmanship, business practices, and communication are so incredibly terrible that I would advise any homeowner to run FAR away rather than doing business with 50 Floor. I am sharing our experience to warn fellow homeowners. Their national manager- Dana Mason as well as the SCG branch manager- Broc Stradley, do not care about appearance or quality workmanship and 50 floor installation warranty is entirely worthless. The flooring is beautiful, however, the molding is not professional in several areas. The technician came back yesterday to finish the molding which was never installed, however, the appearance in his cuts were poorly done. My neighbor had wood flooring installed, and her finished floor is beautiful throughout the entire job, to include all molding that done. I am not asking for any refund, just that they come back and install the molding more professional than once it currently looks like. Regina Jett
