Our sales rep Steve and his trainee Mark were both great! They were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select the best products to accommodate our needs and wants! Our salesman, Brent was friendly and direct. We appreciate that he didn't play the game that most salespeople do. We were shown a selection of flooring, and he explained the differences in the thickness. We were pleasantly surprised with the cost. He went over financing options. He made the process comfortable. From the salesman to the installers, I cannot give enough praise! Wonderful company! They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! I had to choose a substitute due to production problems with my original selection, and the salesperson was so extremely helpful in assisting with this! They assigned a fantastic crew of two for a really tough job!We are extremely pleased with the product and installation. I highly recommend this company!

The people who put the floor in were early very hardworking and did a wonderful job. They were 3 planks short but they quickly put them on order and finished the job. They look beautiful I couldn’t be happier..

Very disappointed and unsatisfied with this company. Many miscommunications between the workers, the managers, and the salesperson. Was told the company would stain the baseboard strips if we bought the stain. Nope! The worker told us his boss needed to pay him more if they wanted him to stain the wood. Who knew stain was like brown super glue? Not me, so even after a literal hour of trying to get the stain off I’m still covered in it. Also, I’m not a business. After a nightmare installation. I've been trying to get 2 areas where the floors came loose. (Only 1 year old) Been trying for a month. Ebony doesn't return phone and emails along with her boss. A guy called me last week. Was stupid and believed him when he said they would be by today to fix. Called and texted him with NOTHING. I guess I'm going to have to call every day and hope this will help to get them to fix the floors as they are getting worse with each day. Rochelle Morris
