Our sales rep Steve and his trainee Mark were both great! They were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select the best products to accommodate our needs and wants! Our salesman, Brent was friendly and direct. We appreciate that he didn't play the game that most salespeople do. We were shown a selection of flooring, and he explained the differences in the thickness. We were pleasantly surprised with the cost. He went over financing options. He made the process comfortable. We're confident in our decision to use 50Floor for our flooring needs.

From the salesman to the installers, I cannot give enough praise! Wonderful company! They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! I had to choose a substitute due to production problems with my original selection, and the salesperson was so extremely helpful in assisting with this! They assigned a fantastic crew of two for a really tough job!We are extremely pleased with the product and installation. I highly recommend this company!

The people who put the floor in were early very hardworking and did a wonderful job. They were 3 planks short but they quickly put them on order and finished the job. They look beautiful I couldn’t be happier..

Installation team and communication was the worst experience I have ever encountered. Was supposed to be done in one day, but took 4 and still trying to resolve issues. Subcontractors were the worst. Smelled some funky stuff while they were in our vacant condo. And they cut and left lots of shavings and dust everywhere, smugged up our newly painted place. Install team damaged multiple areas of my walls. Management has been incredibly difficult to work with in remedying the situation. I have submitted multiple tickets, left multiple voicemails, and no reply. Incredibly frustrating to work with, and would not recommend anyone use 50Floor based on the experience I have had.
