Do not do not do not schedule an appointment for this company to come do your floor. We had a floor done 3 weeks ago the weather strip was just taped down and doesn't fit not the weather strip the transitional strip and the cord to our internet is locked under the floor and we can't get it out and we're not allowed to take it out our self or ruins the warranty for 3 weeks I have been waiting for someone to come fix these problems and I've been getting a run around so some of you may get lucky and have it put in nicely but if... read more
I would not recommend 50 Floor to anyone! The installation process was a disaster. They broke the waterline to my refrigerator, pulling it out, causing a flood in my basement. They actually brought a table saw inside my home and were sawing planks inside my house with dust and debris going everywhere, and then they swept the debris into my heating vents! They did pay to have my heating duct system cleaned, but it created a lot of extra work for my husband and myself to clean up after them. A year and a half after installatio... read more
Well the review I posted over 4 weeks ago with my damaged floor has still not been addressed. It has gone on over 6 months now and my floor has still not been repaired. All I keep hearing is we are sorry we have no one in the area that can fix it etc etc I wonder how C level management would feel if this was their home? If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent over $10k getting my floors done. I was first under the impression that I would be getting the lock in vinyl plank. When the contractors arrived and began working I saw that they were using a glue down vinyl. When calling the manager to try to get clarification on the flooring I was met with a bad attitude as if I were bothering him. Installation team and communication was the worst experience I have ever encountered. Was supposed to be done in one day, but took 4 and still trying to resolve issues. Subcontractors were the worst. Smelled some funky stuff while they were in our vacant condo. And they cut and left lots of shavings and dust everywhere, smugged up our newly painted place. Install team damaged multiple areas of my walls. Management has been incredibly difficult to work with in remedying the situation. I have submitted multiple tickets, left multiple voicemails, and no reply. Incredibly frustrating to work with, and would not recommend anyone use 50Floor based on the experience I have had.

50 floor charged me over $8,000 for flooring. One year later, it is cracked in multiple places. They blamed the manufacturer for poor quality and tried to file a claim with them. The manufacturer blamed them saying the cracks occurred due to poor installation. I have the letter from the manufacturer. It took 7 months of constantly calling them wasting my time to get it fixed. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with this company. Many miscommunications between the workers, the managers, and the salesperson. Was told the company would stain the baseboard strips if we bought the stain. Nope! The worker told us his boss needed to pay him more if they wanted him to stain the wood.
