The crew was on-time, personable,friendly, and completed both the carpet and flooring installations with ease. Both jobs were flawless and done in a timely manner. They were a good crew, of course, the products were of highest quality.
From inception, of information on flooring, the experience was exceptional, especially the installation. The team under Ishmael and his leadership was very professional and courteous! The team scheduling was very cooperative and forgiving of the needs associated with our install. 50 Floor is 100% recommended.
The three men did a great job! They moved my furniture very nicely and put things back where they were. They got right to work and was very efficient. When the job was done, we were very pleased. We love it! The only tiny problem I have is our seller has not called to personally ask how they did. To me that is very important for the seller to completely finish the job, not to mention, it’s good business and polite. Lots of competition out there. Other than that, Ron was a great salesperson. Get Outlook for iOS We meet with Greg, sales representative for 50 Floors on 8/25/25 to discuss new flooring. Once we all agreed hardwood was out due large open concept, and water areas. We expressed interest in seeing their LVP samples. I even expressed a hard "no" to laminate and why LVP over laminate, better sound, and water absorption rating. We were never under the impression while looking at samples or signing purchase contract we were purchasing laminate flooring. I mean, come on how many times can you tell someone... read more
The floors is absolutely beautiful. The installers was horrible. They left borders undone, ran into my neighbor's fence, nails was left outside at the end of the driveway, vent downstairs wasn't put back on properly. I have pictures to show.
