Had a consultation with Dave from 50 Floor and he was awesome to work with. We are tiling our Florida room and he pointed us to the best quality of tile and his knowledge of his product was excellent. He showed up exactly the time he set and worked with us on the financing with multiple discounts. He set the appointment right away and now we are waiting for the work to be done.

Had our hallway done and it’s amazing. Our sales lady Katie Eisenberg was amazing and very informative. Loved how she brought samples with her so we could see in person in our home. The installer was very friendly and quick. Thank you 50floor for a wonderful floor transformation and experience.

This is an updated review. I originally gave a poor review due to contact with the company over a promotional offer I received. The review was originally on Yelp however, I could not update it there. Once I sent my review, I was contacted by Holly. She found out what the problem was and resolved it the same day! Now THAT is service!!! I had 9 areas of ceramic tile removed and replaced with Luxury Vinyl Tile. The installers from Vita Multi Services a great job for me. Marcial was very professional and accommodating in making sure I was happy with the type & color of molding that went around built in cupboards and the baseboards. I love that the transition placed between the vinyl tile and my existing laminate floors match the vinyl tile design. The project took 3 days and they removed all the debris. Arrived on schedule at our home. Appreciate the efforts to layout the job, moving furniture around to minimize recovery time placing items back in place. The installers were a father & son team. Although the father offered to move the recliners back in our room, the son resisted stating “ we didn’t move that”. Disappointing that the son would utter that to his dad. The son needs to take a class in customer service, especially with me breaking down the beds the day before.
