I had 9 areas of ceramic tile removed and replaced with Luxury Vinyl Tile. The installers from Vita Multi Services a great job for me. Marcial was very professional and accommodating in making sure I was happy with the type & color of molding that went around built in cupboards and the baseboards. I love that the transition placed between the vinyl tile and my existing laminate floors match the vinyl tile design. The project took 3 days and they removed all the debris. Arrived on schedule at our home. Appreciate the efforts to layout the job, moving furniture around to minimize recovery time placing items back in place. The installers were a father & son team. Although the father offered to move the recliners back in our room, the son resisted stating “ we didn’t move that”. Disappointing that the son would utter that to his dad. The son needs to take a class in customer service, especially with me breaking down the beds the day before.

From our Sales Person David, Ms. Erica on Scheduling and Staff at 50 Floor office and of course the Installation Crew who worked from Morning to Late Afternoon and was able to get a huge project done in 3 days to include Stairs, Removal of Old Tile and Laminate. 50 Floor made it seem easy and effortless. Best thing was that everything was easy from start to finish. These days it's hard to find responsible, respectful people that care for the quality and outcome of ones work.
