Arrived on schedule at our home. Appreciate the efforts to layout the job, moving furniture around to minimize recovery time placing items back in place. The installers were a father & son team. Although the father offered to move the recliners back in our room, the son resisted stating “ we didn’t move that”. Disappointing that the son would utter that to his dad. The son needs to take a class in customer service, especially with me breaking down the beds the day before.

From our Sales Person David, Ms. Erica on Scheduling and Staff at 50 Floor office and of course the Installation Crew who worked from Morning to Late Afternoon and was able to get a huge project done in 3 days to include Stairs, Removal of Old Tile and Laminate. 50 Floor made it seem easy and effortless. Best thing was that everything was easy from start to finish. These days it's hard to find responsible, respectful people that care for the quality and outcome of ones work.

They came in and moved furniture and layed new flooring in one day. The three bedrooms look great and everything was cleaned up before they left.

I had flooring installed in my house a little over a year ago and the carpet on the stairs is wearing terribly and I'm unable to reach anybody to get any satisfaction on what to do to improve this. Called customer service and of course that's in South Africa and have not heard anything back.
