Had a host of issues: an electrical fire, mold, and rats (see 3 pictures). Despite the unit being unlivable at many points, there's nothing you can really do, since they fix the issues within the legally required period. Ownership is conveniently separated by the middlemen in the 512 office (who merely 'manage' the property), and your indignation will be unfortunately misplaced. Have only been dealing with this company for a month and I am already sick of their shtick. Moved into a house with several roommates and immediately there were so many problems with the house. AC doesn’t even function on half of the house. There was basically ZERO cleaning done, everything was absolutely filthy and we are having to have appliances replaced pretty much weekly at this point because NOTHING WORKS. These people are slumlords -- avoid at all costs if you are a renter. They do not care if you are living with rats, roaches, or if the walls are literally crumbling with mold -- their only concern is squeezing every cent from you that they can. RUN!
