Shamefull A/C 512 Realty collects about $3,300 per month for their rental property home at 3412 Happy Hollow Lane and yet the A/C does not work. The A/C unit is in the attic and the drain is clogged. After 130 degrees. This is a life threatening situation and unsatisfactory for the high rent. Renters beware of shoddy maintenance of this home by 512 Realty.
Even though on the website it says someone will get in touch with you "ASAP", please be warned that is not the case. I had to fill out the form on the website and send several emails before someone would get in touch with me.
