First time visiting and the customer service was great .. The food absolutely amazing. So much food on the platter I had to take it with Me.

Went for my wife's birthday the stuff and customer service was the best part but as far as the food oh man it was another story order an 8oz sirloin medium. I got my steak and I could see it wasn't a good cut of meat to begin with, then I tired to cut into it it was so rough and unappealing. Nevertheless it was rare on the inside, I asked the waitress if I could get another steak or have it put on the grill longer. My wings was not cook all the way but the manger gave me a 10$ gift card and he was really nice I would love to come back cause of how great the manager was taken care of us thank you Herschel

Food is good! Happy Hour is on point! Service could step up a bit.. went last night and my husband had to go get items I asked for several times.. serve was nice just think he forgot. Drinks are lit I had the red sangria, and I love their margs!

Ate here with my husband the other night after 9pm! Food was pretty good. We had the shrimp plate and a burger. Real kicker was the night happy hour! Most appetizers are discounted as well as a large assortment of drinks. Our server didn't know the menu very well but the manager on duty helped us out where needed!

This is the second time we have been here and food comes to your table and is barely warm. Someone needs to do some quality checks before food leaves the kitchen. It's a nice spot, but isn't going to last if they can't serve hot food.

So I'm NOT a artichoke fan at all but this stuff was Delicious and Surprisingly filling with nice warm chips to eat the grub with! Very Tasty food and Splendid Decor and Memorabilia all over the walls and ceiling too!! Great Music and Atmosphere with tons of adequate space for Familia and Friends to eat n dine plus more here!! Lotsa parking outside for the full restaurant of people enjoying themselves!! Really good experience and service was extremely fast and efficient!! Nice all the way around!!!

Stopped here after work as it was within walking distance from my hotel. It is consistent with the other 54th street grills that I have been to (which is a good thing). I got the shrimp with fries and soup. It was cooked quite well and enjoyable. They don't have physical menus here instead have a QR code on the bar to scan with your phone to bring up the menu. Wasn't clear to me that was how to get menu when I initially walked In which is why I mention it here.

They have upped their game! We have come twice in one week. Much improved from my prior visits. Guys you have to check out the "reverse happy hour," great selection of starters for $5,$6, and $7. I loved the spinach and artichoke that was loaded with spinach! Service from Leslie tonight was great! Cocktails were delicious. Get the painkiller with the roasted coconut rim!
