Look, you get what you pay for: It's a chain restaurant that caters to families and has a menu that's slightly more enhanced that other comparable restaurants (Chili's, TGI Friday, Applebee's, etc.). Superb food, nah. Solid and dependable? Absolutely. Service? Dependable. So given that I'm glad to compare apples to apples, and not be unfair by drawing unfair comparisons, why not the full-blown five-star rating? I went to lunch here on Monday because the restaurant we were going to go there was closed, but we were not disappointed. The lunch specials are a great deal. I got the unlimited soup and salad. Most restaurants that offer that give you the smallest portions and you have to ask for like 17 more, but not 54th street. HUGE of both and never had to ask for more. Our server was great too. So I'm not one to complain about a restaurant or service considering I too am also a bartender and a server and have been in the customer service industry for years but I came to have dinner with a group of my friends here tonight and it was by far the worst service I've had at a restaurant in years. I always have a great experience at this location. The staff is so nice, and hard working. The management seems to be on top of everything. Please keep up the great effort. Only problem is I can't get into my rewards on the app. That is on me, not the establishment.

Apologies for my tardy review. I've had 2 surgeries since our visit and wanted to let you know about our experience. Dropped in for a late lunch on a weekend. Never been here before and was amazed at the variety of food served. Several waitstaff dropped by our table to check on us as we looked at the menu. Yummy food. Excellent service. Can't ask for more. The wait time to be seated is not bad considering they always seem to be at or near capacity. The server was friendly. The food was great. The restrooms are clean. Major plus. For sure.

Amazing food and amazing service! My boyfriend and I got the stuffed tater tots, the twice smashed burgers, and the chocolate house cake and it was all absolutely delicious, some of the best comfort food we have had. Our waiter was attentive and cared about us and made sure we had everything we needed. We got all this food and only spent right around 40 dollars after a 15% tip. Highly recommend!

I've been going there for a few months. Always have same thing, chicken quesadillas. Last night I had a mushroom swiss burger. It was super salty. The waitress asked me if I wanted let, tom and pickle, I said yes and didn't get any. Also very dry. Had to ask for Mayo and mus. Boy doing the seating very rude. Wouldn't give me his name.

Terrible service. Went for dinner. Bar full; seating for social distancing. Ok I get it. Gave me a table top in the back of bar. Ordered dinner. Lady comes up and asks if she and her friend could share my table. So much for social distancing. An employee should have asked me first. Server brought out my order asked if I needed anything else.
