Great Property Manager The Property Manager, Jason, for this building is the best manager I have ever encountered in all my years as a tenant. He is responsive and capable and caring. I’ve had to use him for some challenging problems and he solved the problem exceedingly well.
'20's Grandeur This apartment has a great layout, good sized bedroom and living room, and a fantastic view. The most unique thing, I think, are the closets. There are four, and the one in the bedroom is basically another room. I love this apartment. The building managers aren't the best (we've had bedbugs once, and the water systems are shut down for repairs a lot), but it's not so bad. The apartment itself and the location are worth it.
Closets, Closets, Closets When we were viewing apartments, we referred to this one as 'Closets' because that's what it has, four amazing closets, two of which have built-in shelves, and one of which is basically another room. The other rooms are of a good size. Apartment has a great layout and view. The building managers aren't the best, but if you're pretty self-sufficient, you should be ok. We did get bedbugs once, and the water systems seem to be repaired a lot, but for what we're paying (2,800), it's amazing.
