I have dealt with financial institutions around the world, Malaysia, Italy, Spain, Africa. And I have never had a worse experience than I have had with 717 credit union. I have reached out to them for assistance with my mothers mortgage after her death. I received 2 responses from them with NO INFORMATION pertaining to the request. They offered no assistance or answers.
