It was a great experience! I had called the week prior to get some auto refinancing information and decided to visit 717 inquiring about refinancing existing auto loan without an appointment. Great customer service. I was assisted by Jose E. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood all of my options and opportunities. I work a lot, so I had to often come at the end of the day to get my questions answered. Everyone was extremely patient. I never felt rushed or put out. Kindness says a lot about a person and about an institution. The folks that work here are amazingly kind and knowledgeable people. I would highly recommend Seven Seventeen for your financial needs.

Straight to the point Fast service
Well, had a bit of a flustrating visit on Thursday. Finding out due to a third party, not conveying info correctly to the boardman branch on the details of my loan that was discussed on the phone. Long story short I became very upset with the situation, and got a little loud with the loan officer and then manager. After she offered me some solutions, on some of my issues with the loan, I was done listening and just left.
