It was a great experience! I had called the week prior to get some auto refinancing information and decided to visit 717 inquiring about refinancing existing auto loan without an appointment. Promptly, Missy Schmitt asked how she can help me at this time? I told her that was inquiring about refinancing my existing car loan. She took information, did a credit check and within 45 minutes my 2018 Chevy Malibu refi loan was approved/completed! Great customer service. I was assisted by Jose E. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood all of my options and opportunities. I work a lot, so I had to often come at the end of the day to get my questions answered. Everyone was extremely patient. I never felt rushed or put out. Kindness says a lot about a person and about an institution. The folks that work here are amazingly kind and knowledgeable people. I would highly recommend Seven Seventeen for your financial needs.
