Well, had a bit of a flustrating visit on Thursday. Finding out due to a third party, not conveying info correctly to the boardman branch on the details of my loan that was discussed on the phone. Long story short I became very upset with the situation, and got a little loud with the loan officer and then manager. After she offered me some solutions, on some of my issues with the loan, I was done listening and just left. I love the Credit Union, the tellers & the loan specialists are so informative. They treat you like family, not just another account like most banks do. Patti Hall answered all my questions in detail & helped me understand the HELOC loan I made in detail. I would recommend 7-17 to any one of my friends or family.
Patricia did amazing and so did everyone else with this loan. I was very happy with the entire transaction and all the people who helped at 717 along the way. I tell all my friends the benefits of "banking" at this credit union and the people who treat others like family instead of a paycheck.
