BRICK+TIMBER is trash management, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Entire building has no hot water for a week now. Management being flakey and not finding a solution. Elevator breaks every other week. Call box is broken half the time. Packages get stolen often.
I lived in a studio at 735 Taylor St with my wife for 2 and a half years. The reason we chose this apartment house is because of the central location. We were able to walk to our jobs within fifteen minutes and explore most of the city on foot as well. The property manager, Igor Spitalnikov, is the best property manager we've ever had. He was super welcoming and helpful whenever we needed help with anything in the apartment.
