We like that we can access our service with our desk phones, via a windows application on my laptop, or from an app on my smart phone. Even from the web I have access. It makes it really easy to always use my 8X8 service.
It keeps signing me out even while I'm typing notes. I don't understand why I'm constantly having to re-log in.

Integration with SFDC seems to be down at the moment. My colleague is having the same issue with the loading wheel of death.

The reliability of the service. Before choosing 8x8 we had a service that would drop calls almost daily. When working with their support teams they would always point the finger back at us. Saying that the problem was on our end and they could not do anything about it. The decision was made to drop that service provider and look for a new one. Best business decision we ever made was to switch to 8x8. We add extensions as needed. Their app is fantastic allowing us to make calls our cell phone but it appears to be from our desk. Call routing is easy and when you call their help desk you get a real person whom can actually help.
I don't often do this but I do think, with at least five years of using 8x8, I should say that I'm pleased. I don't use all of the services offered, which are many, but do know if there is a question that I may have or my staff it will be answered without any problems. I would suggest to anyone, who relies on their phone system for survival, that they give this Company an opportunity to show what they have to offer. The service, price and ease of use is something to consider.
8X8 has been fabulous; not just for their phone service, but as compared to all companies today. Their personnel are well trained, speak English and all have helped me each and every time I had a question. I no longer experience this kind of service given today's low standards.
