Wonderful! I really like how easy it is for 8x8 to pick up a call in SF and then log it with a quick note. It is extremely easy and efficient, compared to my past experiences in sales (Cisco phones and Oracle CRM). I also really like how easy it is to review call recordings. Keep it up!
Great way to save time 8x8 works really well in conjunction with SalesForce and is a really great way to consolidate steps and save time. The way it auto tracks your calling and integrates directly with the phone is very helpful and a big productivity gain.
Makes selling easier The fact that you can click to dial is huge. It really helps us Salespeople make calls much quicker and easier. It's definitely a time saver.

good stuff The 8x8 salesforce plug in is a great tool for integrating our phone system with our salesforce environment. The only gripe I have against it is the lack of clear documentation, when we first started trying to push it to our users, the only documentation we could find on 8x8's website was extremely dated and was not helpful at all to answer any questions we had. However, I did call our account support rep and he was able to guide me in the right direction as to what I wanted to acomplish with this tool.
