Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff - it was a pleasure to use A-1 storage firm.
Tim was the person I spoke with, he was very welcoming, patient and kind enough to help me walk through the facility, see several of the storage rooms, and helped me make a decision. I also visited other self-storage facilities (public storage) but came back here, thanks to Tim. He is great with customers.
