Tim was the person I spoke with, he was very welcoming, patient and kind enough to help me walk through the facility, see several of the storage rooms, and helped me make a decision. I also visited other self-storage facilities (public storage) but came back here, thanks to Tim. He is great with customers.

I would give Daniel 6/5 stars if I could. Kind, respectful, effective and efficient. He not only took great care of me but unknowingly treated my immigrant mother who struggles with English with enormous respect when I couldn't be there. On a very personal level, THANK YOU DANIEL.
