I went one day to find out information and JP was really helpful. I worked in hotels for more than 15 years, so I appreciate good customer service. He made me feel comfortable, never rushed me, and responded to all my questions of a first-timer. Thank you so much again!

I was at the Belmont branch. JP is a great manager and was always super helpful with whatever I needed. The other employees have also been great. I recently moved out and am no longer utilizing storage there, but kudos to them, they run a great store and do it well.

It was such an incredible experience the representative was able to walk me through the unit and help me understand the contract. He was Extremely friendly and informed. He made it comfortable for me to execute right then and there.

Had my locker for 18 months - overall it was a great experience and no drama/issues. The monthly payments were easy to make and keep track of and my things were safe, no issues with moisture or leaks. I would recommend this location and the team was helpful and knowledgeable.

The entire experience of getting the unit was far better than I expected. JP was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Great attention to details. Made a passing comment about few fake pine needles (guessing a fake x-mas tree) in the unit from the previous renters. When I went back a couple of days later to sign the paperwork, JP remembered me, which unit I was renting, had already installed the lock, and let me know he had swept the unit.
