the staff is good but the hours are terrible. need 6am to 10pm to make it convenient AND make it less complicated to take elevator up to unit .. now is: hit elevator button, wait till it arrives and door opens, go the key pad for that particular elevator, put in your code, get in as quickly as possible or u have to do the whole process again...
Beware - "Annual" increases are at 10 months and not 12. The online "in-store" rate is NOT offered to existing customers. The $12 a month insurance is NOT mandatory as I was told, but waived if you have Business or Home Owner Insurance. Lastly, on the A-1 website, the A-1 Reviews (not google) do NOT show dissent, (try it yourself) but only those that praise A-1. umm, I wonder why? Response to Response. Great service, very friendly office staff. Great experience.
Not recommended if you don't like parties during the weekend. Also the price increases every 8 months. Especially now that a new building is added.
