Self Storage has been a verry good place that I keep my things! This is my 3rd time with them and never had any problems with them! They always maintain the facility clean,well secure and they also have great customer service I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for to store there things!
Have been a customer for nearly a year. During this time enjoyed discounts, great service and always get a piece of candy from the front desk. Even though I have suffered greatly due to family illnesses and a probate case that hampers my timeliness on payments - the staff has been understanding and cooperative to help me save fees/expenses. Self Storage in Garfield has been an Excellent Facility! Never had a problem with them! They always maintain the whole entire facility clean, excellent customer service and I will highly recommend to anyone that need to store things!
I was searching for a storage location that not only offered great customer service but a great quality location, and Garfield Avenue Self Storage had it all. They not only assisted my in finding the best possible price, but they also allowed free use of a moving truck. I also love the the individual alarm access for each unit. Thest quality of all, I have the ability to pay my monthly rental fee online, which saves a lot of time. I would recommend Garfield Avenue self storage to everyone I give them an A+A+A+A+A+
I really liked the service i didn't have money to rent a truck and with them i got a free truck to move in all my stuff and the price was very good also they remaind you about the payments by e-mail or calling you. The customer service is excellent and the staff is friendly.
The facility is really clean and well maintained as its still fairly new. Front desk help was top shelf, very friendly and accomodating. The kiosk near the front door is convenient for making payments after hours or when the office only has one person working and they are showing new clients the actual rental spaces, (This would be my only complaint and they're always back in a few minutes). I especially liked the temperature controlled second floor, it made the moving in and out more comfortable
