Process went extremely well. The woman who assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions quickly and showed me a couple of different options for storage. I found exactly what I needed. Very pleased. Would recommend.
Idaila and Erin at the Chula Vista location really helped me a lot and made my move easy which helped me not be so stressed. I appreciate all their help especially the first few days when I had a lot of questions. Thank you so much.

The sign up process is great. What i don't care for is having to buy a lock i can only use at A-1 Storage. Seems like storage turnover is high enough that A-1 could reuse the locks. You can only get in to the facility with a code anyway. Or sell the lock for a lower price.
