I was very impressed with the professionalism I encountered when renting a storage locker from the A-1 Self Storage facility on Lazo Court in Chula Vista. From my first telephone contact, to being personally assisted by Elizabeth in the Office, I found the process to be simple and straight forward. In addition, Elizabeth was very helpful, courteous, and obviously knew her job extremely well--she handled everything efficiently and explained various policies and procedures clearly.

Sometimes we just need more time to organize contents inside our storage so it might be a little after 10pm. During a downsizing move, things are not always according to plan. Your manager is over bearing, breathing down my neck, always lurking around when I was organizing my contents. I'm selling most of my stuffs, so I'm always in/ out. It was terrific! A 10 by 10 became available while I was in the process of renting two 5 by 10 units. I was able to rent the 10 by 10 which fits my needs.
