My experience was great with the office staff. Tony was very helpful and professional when we spoke on the phone. We were able to get our storage unit pretty quickly and store stuff on the same day.

The A-1 self storage on magnolia is great. The staff is very helpful. I really miss having Patrick and Amanda in the office they were amazing. The new storage manager Tony is really awesome and has went above and beyond to help me with everything from auto pay, transferring from one unit to another and has even reminded me of my due date so I wouldn’t receive any unnecessary fees. Ida is great too. Over all I would recommend magnolia A-1self storage to anyone, I am more than satisfied.
