From the day I moved my things into A-1 Storage everything was very satisfactory except for one thing. Many times when I needed to do business in the office the door was locked with a sign in the window We Are in the Facility Call With the Phone provided and We Will Come back to the Office (or something like that). If I wanted to make a payment there is no slot to to put payment in..Many times I had to drive back. That is my only complaint which I had as minor as it is. I would definitely use them again!
