I absolutely loved the customer service here! Sabrina was always l so helpful, and l always gave me phone reminders when I was a couple days late on my payment before additional fees were added. I’ve had my storage unit here for 4 years now, and it was easily accessible and affordable for me! I would highly recommend A1 self storage in concord:)
Easy to sign up. The office is very helpful. Very neat and clean facility.
Overall facility and service was very good. However, numerous rental fee increases were too much, which is why we have moved out.
My belongings were safe and secure. Site was always clean.
