Except for the extra expense, which they didn't tell you about until after you had filled out their form and gotten 90% of the way into it, it is a good place. The extra 1/4 price for insurance should be stated UP FRONT, BEFORE ALL THE REST. That's only right.

Rates were reasonable, customer service was outstanding. I rented one of the large outdoor containers for two months. When I was packing to leave, noticed lots of mouse droppings all over everything and the cushions of a sofa I had in there had been chewed through.

Every time I have gone in or called the lady at the front has always been amazing and helpful. I’m sorry I forgot her name but she is brunette and always friendly. I had a unit there for about 3 years and in that time had to change units. She was able to answer all my questions and made the process seamless. Definitely recommend.
