The unit I just rented is dirty in areas out of immediate sight and also the walls are full of dust but it can't be seen because of the nature and color of the wall. I am having to dust it all since I was told not to use any water, I am just dusting itand I feel you guys should have taken care of that. The sales Associates are great, very professional, very well-mannered, I am happy about that.
