The office personnel were very polite, courteous, and accommodating. Adam showed us the storage unit available and helped us with the paperwork to rent. James showed us another unit previously, which we declined.

Excellent access, safety, security, cleanliness, service. All around excellent experience. Suggestions: better control of alarms - very annoying, ear-piercing.

Service was great. Treated very well. The facility is very well maintained. I didn't take note of the clerk's name, but he was very helpful. Caucasian; glasses; beard. (If that matters)
