Front desk girl great. Good service. But the problem all the power was turned off when we returned to storage to drop off more things. Very inconvenient to say the least. Was dark and no lighting. Barley squeezed through the exit door after waiting for quite a while . Would have been nice to be informed of the scheduled shut off of power ahead of time.

I enjoyed the ease of initiating, renting (online bill pay) and closing the account. I would say the only issues were a bit too high of a price per month but these may be competitive rates in the North Orange County area. On a couple of occasions while at the unit, I needed to use a restroom and did not see one anywhere close by. However, this may have been something I simply missed. I did very much appreciate the cleanliness of the entire facility. Thank you.
