The folks at the site were professional friendly and courteous. They explained throughly, especially about the alarm.

The facility is clean and orderly. Staff are friendly and available. Did keep running into a couple people over the course of a years rental that appeared to live there. No vehicle and never moving any items in or out. Other than that it was a good experience.
