The website has high reviews and price comparable to other companies however, the condition of the interior of the building Needs major improvements. The floors are made of old plywood and there is no light inside the storage unit. The door and locking mechanism is old with the colors worn off and the locking mechanism rusty and difficult to open, not a pretty place to store my belongings. You were all so professional and helpful. Didnt like the service once you had to CV lose your does due to the covid19 but that's understandable.

Even with the time, the associates assisted as best they could since no one was allowed in store. They stayed on the phone with me as i set up my account online, then passed my items through the mail slot as they walked me through the process.

My storage site was easliy accessed and I had no difficulties through the years with all my stuff stored. Now I've finally removed every book, magazine and other items and have closed my storage site.
