Friendly, helpful employees. The negative part was discovered only during the signing of legal documents. I was disappointed and surprised about the expensive monthly add on of $20 per month for insurance.

Don, thanks for your kind comments. There must be a misunderstanding because our protection plan is only $12 a month and covers $2,500 with no deductible. If you have your own insurance , you can also send us a copy of the declaration page and we will happily remove the protection plan from your account.
The person who waited on me was a friend from my high school days. He did a great job and was able to meet my needs from a smaller to a large storage room. He not only made my day but it was great to move back to my old stomping grounds.
