Valentin at A-1 storage and the customer service agent ( sorry I don't habe her name) were so cool, and made the experience easy and smooth. Customer service with a smile means everything to me because it seems really lacking in most transactions today. With both of these people, there were genuine good vibes and a chuckle here and there. I have NEVER had a better experience at any business than I have had at A1 Self Storage, which is the reason I have been renting from them for over 20 years. Staff Valentine and Russell make customers needs their top priority. Service is always swift, efficient and professional. I am always aware A1 strives to be the best storage facility in the area. What most impresses me is the courtesy and kindness the employees practice. In our often impersonal world, their humanity is greatly appreciated. Just overall great service!
