Valentin at A-1 storage and the customer service agent ( sorry I don't habe her name) were so cool, and made the experience easy and smooth. Customer service with a smile means everything to me because it seems really lacking in most transactions today. With both of these people, there were genuine good vibes and a chuckle here and there.
