I highly recommend this relatively new storage facility in the Pacific Beach area. There is a wide selection of units. Well the indoor units are not officially climate controlled, the ventilation was not stifling on extremely hot day. The indoor units have great security. Everything is individually key pad lock controlled. The pricing is on par with its competitors in the area. The two representatives that I've talked to, Evan and Jennifer were great. They get high marks for Customer Service.
I only used the PB facility for under 2 months as I transitioned to a home with storage. However, I was very pleased during my time here. The facility is easy to enter, always very clean and safe, and the staff was was consistently friendly and quick to respond to requests. Although my unit was in the back of the building, with a few turns, the building is laid out well and the carts roll very nicely. Great experience, fair pricing, and very courteous staff. I needed a space to park some building materials that were not ready for installation until other tasks were completed, but I am moving all my other storage here after having such a positive experience!
