The place is well maintained, clean, professional. Security seems good and had no worries in the almost year I had stuff there. They do play make a deal with rates, quote one, tell you it’s a higher one at sign up, you have to remind them of quoted amount, but then about 9 months in they raise it anyways above the high figure. Incremental rate increases can be understood, occasionally, like over years., but 25% in such a short term? That’s beyond steep. Felt a bit dirty.

Our prices do change based on demand, and can change from the time you first contacted us to the day you rent with us. However, we will honor your originally quoted price for 14 days. We also find it necessary to make adjustments to our customers' rental rates based on market conditions, in order to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean, well-maintained facility.

Ray & Armyn were friendly, helpful, and mostly professional. Good experience. All personel should be taught to "confess" the $20 admin fee when quoting prices. It should not be sprung on a customer (me) as the papers are being signed. That is my only suggestion for improvement.
