The place is well maintained, clean, professional. Security seems good and had no worries in the almost year I had stuff there. They do play make a deal with rates, quote one, tell you it’s a higher one at sign up, you have to remind them of quoted amount, but then about 9 months in they raise it anyways above the high figure. Incremental rate increases can be understood, occasionally, like over years., but 25% in such a short term? That’s beyond steep. Felt a bit dirty.

Ray & Armyn were friendly, helpful, and mostly professional. Good experience. All personel should be taught to "confess" the $20 admin fee when quoting prices. It should not be sprung on a customer (me) as the papers are being signed. That is my only suggestion for improvement.

The facility is new, clean, and very easy to access. The front desk was extremely helpful and efficient in showing us around and completing the paperwork. I would highly recommend this facility.
