The people at the front desk were very very nice to me. The guy who worked at the front desk who waited on me was highly proffessional, knowlegeaable about the trade, very polite, and cool too! In no time I had my unit. Such quick customer service. I came to this storage because it operates and is truly a storage facility here in downtown, and had to get out of the one I was in due to horrible conditions and weirdos in and about the premisis constantly.
