I was still charged even after I vacated my unit.

You were on auto-charge so your card charged like it was supposed to but you vacated the same day. The store associate, Cesar, reversed the payment on June 23rd and it should have posted to your account by now. Please give us a call if that isn't the case.
Have been "storing" here since 2014. Have had as many as two storage units. Never any issues with the actual unit, security, or access. Always good. Parking was never a problem and the staff is always courteous and helpful. The bathroom could use more frequent monitoring & cleaning.

We stored our car with A-1 for about three months. They did a great job of maintaining it for us at a very reasonable price. Will use them again.

I have been using A-1 storage in San Diego for several years to store my Mini Cooper when I am not in the San Diego area. They are the best!!!! Always courteous and competent. I would not think about using another facility.
