Great facility! Very secure, well maintained and clean! Edison, as well as, every employee on the premises, takes a personal interest in tenants, and are super professional and friendly. Process of getting another unit recently, was quick and easy, too! I would definitely give more stars, if I could!!!

I do not recall her name (sincere apology) however the young lady on duty at the W Morena Blvd location was very knowledgeable, highly efficient and friendly in welcoming me ito their facility. Gracious in nature for my choosing A1, she made the contractual aspect an overall pleasant experience. Excellent customer service and appreciation which is rare these days.
