Your storage facility was very nice. The one and only issue is that we (people that use storage facilities) always get in on the reduced price (a lure) then the price goes up within 4-6 months (typical), then there is a notice/lease (sometimes) that offers to freeze the the rate for a year (within the notice is an immediate price increase) whereupon after that lease period the rate immediately goes up again whereby stating that said storage is always trying to keep rate stable, but................... 🙄. I was very happy with the price, location and service but the the monthly rental price has risen at least twice in the past year or so (relatively short time since I have been there) each time for about 10/130 which is close to 10 percent. Compare that with the inflation or virtually non-existence salary raises in the area. Don't feel it is justified at all and have NO choice to but to look else where or other solutions soon by the next time they raise the rent.

Thank you for your feedback, Ramin. We, like most storage companies, move in customers at discounted rates. We, therefore, review those rates at 5-6 months and sometimes make adjustments accordingly. We then review rates again after another 12 months and evaluate market conditions and pricing.
