Your storage facility was very nice. The one and only issue is that we (people that use storage facilities) always get in on the reduced price (a lure) then the price goes up within 4-6 months (typical), then there is a notice/lease (sometimes) that offers to freeze the the rate for a year (within the notice is an immediate price increase) whereupon after that lease period the rate immediately goes up again whereby stating that said storage is always trying to keep rate stable, but................... 🙄.
