The woman who helped me was pleasant, patient and informative. She explained my options in detail and where they were located in relation to my existing unit. This was my second time renting at this location, excellent customer service both times.

I rented a storage unit at this location for several years. Darlene and team are always so friendly and helpful. They helped me slowly downsize to smaller units a few times. The building is always well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend and if I ever need another storage unit I will be back. Thank you Darlene and Vanessa!

Darlene at A1 has been my angel disguised in a blue shirt! Having my things in storage has always been a sadness for me but her excellent customer service has shined some light on my situation. She has always been professional and pleasant. She has done everything in an expedited manner, she most likely has superpowers. Very grateful for my great experience here over the years.

So far, everything has been good. Darlene and Vanessa have been very helpful is getting the agreement taken care of as well as helping Anna get her locker arrangements taken care of. Additionally, Area Manager, Robert Culver was helpful in getting the locker for a three month period set up.

The staff was very friendly, and really took care of me and made sure I knew how everything worked. As it was my first time renting a storage locker, I greatly appreciated the extra help. She even showed me how the locks worked, and took me to my locker to make sure I knew how to get there, and showed me where I could park and unload. The facility itself was super clean and welcoming. Even when going at night after 7 pm, I felt very safe. Overall super happy with my experience.
